EXEMPTIONS FROM MARKINGS AND ISSUANCE OF UNDERCOVER LICENSE PLATES FOR REPLACEMENT DETECTIVE VEHICLES Approve per A.R.S. §38-538.03 undercover license plate designations for two (2) regularly scheduled county fleet replacement vehicles assigned to detectives in the Sheriff’s Office Investigations and Intelligence Bureau. Board approval for exemption from markings is vehicle specific, good for one year, and does not automatically transfer to replacement vehicles.
