13. AMENDMENT TO SUBGRANTEE AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY FOR THE 2017 HOMELAND SECURITY GRANT PROGRAM, AZLINK SUSTAINMENT AND ENHANCEMENT PROJECT – 170204-02 Approve Amendment #3 to the Subgrantee Agreement from the Arizona Department of Homeland Security (AZDOHS), Project 170204-02. This amendment extends the expiration date of the Agreement from December 31, 2019 to February 29, 2020. All other terms and conditions remain the same. Approval of this item enables the Sheriff’s Office to complete the acquisition of training seats for an established curriculum of Regional GIS training for users throughout the region. This is a reoccurring grant award. It was competitively bid. It is not a mandated function; however, it furthers the Sheriff’s Public Safety mandate. There is no matching requirement. The original funding award is $190,000. $184,400, or 97% has been expended. The indirect costs, calculated to be $37,810 with the original award, are not recoverable and are absorbed within the Sheriff’s Office general fund appropriation. (C-50-18-030-G-03)
