ACCESS AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF PHOENIX FOR MCSO DRIVER TRAINING Approve the non-financial Agreement between City of Phoenix on behalf of Phoenix Police Department (PPD) and Maricopa County on behalf of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO), for facility access and usage to conduct driver training. This Agreement becomes effective on the date signed by both parties and will remain in effect through October 31, 2022, unless terminated by either party, for any reason, by providing thirty (30) days written notice. Approval of this agreement allows MCSO to conduct driver training for its law enforcement personnel on the grounds of the Phoenix Police Department Emergency Vehicle Operations Center (EVOC).
