19. MOU WITH CITY OF TOLLESON FOR SHARING LAW ENFORCEMENT INFORMATION Approve a Memorandum of Understanding between City of Tolleson on behalf of its Police Department, and Maricopa County through the Sheriff's Office, for the purpose of information sharing (AZLINK) so that public safety is enhanced and critical infrastructure is protected. This Memorandum of Understanding is non-financial and is effective upon the date it is fully executed and will continue until June 30, 2020 or until either agency provides sixty (60) days prior written notice with intent to terminate.
