MOU BETWEEN MARICOPA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE, OFFICE OF ENTERPRISE TECHNOLOGY AND DEPARTMENT OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT FOR ACTIVATING TALK GROUPS Approve a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Maricopa County Sheriff's Office, Office of Enterprise Technology and Department of Emergency Management. The purpose of this MOU is to formalize the relationship between these agencies for working together to enhance public safety communications in County emergency situations through the activation and inactivation of talk groups. This Memorandum of Understanding is non-financial and is effective from the date of execution and will continue for two (2) years and will automatically renew until terminated by either party by providing a sixty (60) day written notice.
