9. COMPETITION IMPRACTICABLE WITH FORENSIC LOGIC, INC. Approve a competition impracticable and Master Services Agreement with Forensic Logic, Inc. for $1.5 million to provide hardware and software support for COPLINK. This CI will be effective five (5) years. Approval of this item will allow MCSO to complete pending DHS grant projects. COPLINK was formerly a component of the IBM Agreement and was sold last fall to Forensic Logic. This is the hardware and software used to consolidate data from many sources, aid collaboration and help generate tactical leads quickly. (C-50-18-060-M-00)
