14. FEDERAL EQUITABLE SHARING AGREEMENT AND CERTIFICATION Approve an Agreement between U.S. Department of Treasury and the U.S. Department of Justice and Maricopa County through the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office for the purpose of approving the FY2016-2017 Federal Equitable Sharing Agreement and Annual Certification Report (ESAC). The Certification Report accounts for the equitable sharing funds received from each of these Federal agencies. Authorize the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors to sign all documents related to this certification report agreement. This Agreement is non-financial and is effective from October 1, 2016 until September 30, 2017. The filing of the 2017 ESAC was delayed at the direction of the Department of Justice (DoJ) while items were being researched. The DoJ has now provided instructions on how to properly report those items so MCSO can now file. (C-50-18-071-M-00)
