16. ONE TIME ADDITION TO FLEET AND SPECIAL REGISTRATION Approve a one-time addition to fleet of a forfeiture vehicle seized during a narcotics investigation that will be placed in the Sheriff's RICO fleet. Annual operation and maintenance of this vehicle, estimated to be $3,500, will be supported by RICO funds. This vehicle will be retired at the end of its useful life with no funding from the general fund for its replacement. Also approve per A.R.S. 35-538-03 exemption from markings and a deep undercover Arizona registration plate. Confidential vehicle information will be provided to the Clerk of the Board by an MCSO designee in a sealed envelope. (C-50-18-072-V-00)
