IGA WITH PHOENIX POLICE DEPARTMENT FOR 911 BACK-UP SERVICES Approve the non-financial Intergovernmental Agreement for emergency back-up services between Maricopa County on behalf of the Sheriff's Office and City of Phoenix on behalf of the Police Department, for formalizing the relationship between the Sheriff’s Office and Phoenix Police Department to ensure 911 calls are properly routed during an event the Sheriff’s Office Communications Division is unable to answer these calls due to an emergency. The term of this Intergovernmental Agreement is five (5) years from the date of execution and may be renewed with five (5) year terms until terminated by either party by providing a sixty (60) day notice.
