10. EXEMPTIONS FROM MARKINGS AND ISSUANCE OF UNDERCOVER LICENSE PLATES FOR REPLACEMENT UNDERCOVER FLEET VEHICLES Approve per A.R.S. §38-538.03 exemptions from markings and undercover license plate designations for fifteen (15) county fleet replacement vehicles going into service that are designated for detective and investigative use in the Sheriff’s Office. Board approval for exemption from markings is vehicle specific, good for one year, and does not automatically transfer to replacement vehicles. These vehicles are replacements for vehicles being retired due to age and/or condition. Confidential vehicle information will be provided to the Clerk of the Board's office and retained in accordance with ASLAPR approved retention schedule. (C-50-19-020-V-00)
