11. DONATION TO MCSO OF WEAPONS CLEARING BARRELS Accept the donation of two (2) weapons clearing barrels (APC-100PPM Armor Piercing Containment Systems) including the Safe-Eject and Laminated Poster (Portable Pedestal) for a total value of $1,999.90 from Rich Langner, President/CEO of Concept Development Corporation in Fountain Hills, Arizona. These items are designed to enhance workplace safety. They allow for firearms carrying individuals to have a place to clear their weapons if they have a round of ammunition "in the chamber" without posing a danger to others.
