12. MOU WITH CITY OF PHOENIX FOR SHARING LAW ENFORCEMENT INFORMATION Approve a Memorandum of Understanding between City of Phoenix Police Department and Maricopa County through the Sheriff's Office, for the purpose of information sharing (AZLINK) so that public safety is enhanced and critical infrastructure is protected. This Memorandum of Understanding is non-financial and is effective upon the date it is fully executed and will continue until June 30, 2020 or until either agency provides thirty (30) days prior written notice with intent to terminate. AZLink is a cooperative program among multiple law enforcement agencies for sharing confidential law enforcement information through CopLink. Participating agencies are eligible to receive homeland security grant funding for equipment and technology that facilitates connectivity. MCSO is an AZLink hub. (C-50-19-022-3-00)
