18. AMENDMENT TO SUBGRANTEE AGREEMENT FROM THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY – PROJECT #180810-04 FOR AZLINK Approve Amendment #2 to the Subgrantee Agreement from the Arizona Department of Homeland Security, Project #180810-04 for AZLink. This amendment extends the expiration date of the Agreement for a three-month period from September 30, 2020 until December 31, 2020. All other terms and conditions are the same. This is a recurring award and was competitively bid. There is no matching requirement. The purpose is operational maintenance and data integration furthering law enforcement interoperable communications among various agencies in support of a mandated f unction. The original award was $125,000, approved on October 24, 2018 in Sheriff's agenda item C-50-19-026-G-00. Amendment #1, extending the term to September 30, 2020, was approved December 22, 2019. AZLINK GIS projects have been delayed by issues wi th the vendor, OET partners, and MCSO technology. This extension will enable implementation of the existing AZLINK projects funded by the grant (C-50-19-026-G-02)
