EXEMPTIONS FROM MARKINGS AND ISSUANCE OF UNDERCOVER LICENSE PLATES FOR REPLACEMENT UNDERCOVER FLEET VEHICLES GOING INTO SERVICE Approve per A.R.S. §38-538.03 exemptions from markings and undercover license plate designations for fourteen (14) county fleet replacement vehicles going into service that will be assigned for use by undercover detectives in the Sheriff’s Office. Board approval for exemption from markings is vehicle specific, good for one year and is non-transferrable. These requests apply to new fleet detective vehicles going into service that replace vehicles being retired from the fleet due to age and/or condition. A confidential list with vehicle information will be provided to the Clerk of the Board following Board approval. (C-50-19-032-V-00)
