19. IGA WITH CITY OF CHANDLER FOR DETENTION ACADEMY TRAINING Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement between City of Chandler and Maricopa County through the Sheriff's Office in the not-to-exceed amount of $150 per academy participant. The purpose of this IGA is to allow City of Chandler recruits to attend Sheriff’s Detention Training Academies. This term of this IGA is September 1, 2018 until June 30, 2020 and is effective when all parties have signed the agreement. The Sheriff's Office conducts several detention academies throughout the year. The cost is for supplies. This agreement may be terminated by either party with a 30-day written notice.
