22. COMPETITION IMPRACTICABLE WITH SILVUS TECHNOLOGIES Approve a competition impracticable procurement with Silvus Technologies in the not-to-exceed amount of $35,700 for a one-year period. Silvus Technologies is the only company with compatible equipment to existing equipment that has been installed in MCSO helicopters (MIMO) that will facilitate the transmission of video surveillance from MCSO helicopters by providing a means to power, stabilize, monitor, control and record surveillance footage in the most demanding environments. This will be funded within the Sheriff's Office budgeted General Fund (100). (C-50-19-036-M-00)
