9. AMENDMENT TO REVOCABLE NON-EXCLUSIVE USE LICENSE AGREEMENT P-50316 WITH LUKE AIR FORCE BASE Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Amendment 1 to Revocable Non-Exclusive Use License Agreement P-50316 with Luke Air Force Base (Licensee), a United States Federal entity, for the purpose of extending the Initial term beginning February 14, 2020 to February 13, 2021 and amending the annual license fee to $46,700. This amendment also reduces the number of student participants to 1,200 and rounds fired to 375,000 and will be effective when executed by both parties. Approval of this Amendment allows Luke Air Force Base use of the MCSO Shooting Range located at 26900 West Buckeye Hills, Drive, Buckeye, Arizona 85337 (Premises), to perform firearms training that will meet Combat Arms Marksmanship Training (CATM) requirements.
