AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH AZPB AND AZPB FM FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICE AT CHASE FIELD Approve amendment to the Agreement for Law Enforcement Service at Chase Field between Maricopa County, on behalf of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, and AZPB Limited Partnership, A Delaware limited partnership and AZPD FM Limited Partnership, A Delaware limited partnership. This amendment is effective January 1, 2021 and extends the term of the agreement through December 31, 2021 with one amended automatic term from January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022. This amendment also waives minimum service requirements in recognition of public health regulations affecting attendance. (C-50-19-046-3-01)
