AUTHORIZATION TO TRADE SURPLUS AIRCRAFT PARTS Approve per MC1-803 of the County Procurement Code the exchange of one (1) ‘as is’ engine and C20 parts and accessories for a total trade value of $64,000 with ITP Aero BDA AeroMaritime, of Mesa, Arizona. Details of the exchange are provided in the attached letter of Agreement/Understanding. This transaction will be complete by June 30, 2019. MCSO consulted with the Office of Procurement Services and extended the offer to bid a trade on surplus aircraft parts to County contracted vendors. ITP Aero DBA AeroMaritime was the only vendor to make an offer. The trade is contingent upon Board approval. The items proposed for trade are surplus and are of no use to the County.
