16. PROMOTION AGREEMENT BETWEEN VESTED INTEREST AND MARICOPA COUNTY Accept and approve a Calendar Participation Agreement for Law Enforcement Agencies between Vested Interest in K9s, Inc. and Maricopa County. Authorize the Chairman to sign any and all related documents. This agreement is effective the last date signed by either party and terminates January 10, 2020. The calendar features twelve various breeds of K9s who have been provided vests by Vested Interest in the past. Photos used will include an Officer in uniform with the K9 wearing a donated vest by Vested Interest in K9s and a badge if he has one. Photos are sole property of Vested Interest in K9s, Inc. Also approve acceptance of non-cash donations to MCSO by Vested Interest of equipment or services for the K9 Unit that result from this promotion. (C-50-19-061-3-00)
