19. ACCEPT ADDITIONAL FUNDING FROM CITY OF PHOENIX, PD INTERNET CRIMES AGAINST CHILDREN TASK FORCE Accept additional reimbursement funding in the amount of up to $5,000 from City of Phoenix, PD Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, for which MCSO is an affiliate authorized in IGA 149718—0, AKA C-50-19-065-G-00, approved in an action taken by the BOS on March 27, 2019. The BOS action taken authorized acceptance of funding in the amount of up to $20,000. This action increases the total amount to $25,000. The Sheriff’s Office indirect cost rate for FY21 is 14.6%. Unrecove rable indirect costs associated with this Agreement are estimated to be $730. These unrecoverable indirect costs will be paid for by the General Fund. This funding is competitive and does not require a match. The agreement does not require on-going cash contributions after the period end date. The funding notification letter from City of Phoenix is attached to this item. This amount is designated for training and equipment and must be expended by December 31, 2020. This award increases the total amount of funding to $25,000. The IGA terminates May 1, 2022. (C-50-21-034-X-00)

28. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH CITY OF PHOENIX FOR INTERNET CRIMES AGAINST CHILDREN (ICAC) Approve Amendment 1 to the IGA with the Phoenix Police Department concerning ICAC participation that replaces section 4.1 to extend the duration from April 30, 2022 to April 30, 2023, with up to three, one-month automatic renewals. All other terms and conditions remain the same. The original IGA was approved in agenda item C-50-19-065-G-00. (C-50-19-065-G-01)
