EXEMPTIONS FROM MARKINGS AND ISSUANCE OF UNDERCOVER LICENSE PLATES FOR REPLACEMENT UNDERCOVER FLEET VEHICLES GOING INTO SERVICE Approve per A.R.S. §38-538.03 exemptions from markings and undercover license plate designations for twenty-five (25) county fleet replacement vehicles that are assigned for detective and investigative use in the Sheriff’s Office. Board approval for exemption from markings is vehicle specific, good for one year, and does not automatically transfer to replacement vehicles. These vehicles are replacements for vehicles being retired due to age and/or condition. The list is on file in the Clerk of the Board's office and retained in accordance with LAPR approved retention schedule. (C-50-19-078-V-00)
