EXEMPTIONS FROM MARKINGS AND ISSUANCE OF UNDERCOVER LICENSE PLATES FOR UNDERCOVER FLEET VEHICLES GOING INTO SERVICE Approve per A.R.S. §38-538.03 exemptions from markings and undercover license plate designations for fifteen (15) county fleet vehicles assigned to detectives that are going into service and replacement vehicles to be used in undercover operations. Specific vehicle information has been furnished to the Clerk of the Board under separate cover. Board approval for exemption from markings is vehicle specific, good for one year, and does not automatically transfer to replacement vehicles.
