11. ONE TIME ADDITION TO SHERIFF’S FLEET Approve a one-time addition to Sheriff’s Fleet of red-lined vehicle #311354, a black 2013 Ford F150 4 x 4 pickup with 106,779 miles, valued at $21,092 to be used at District IV. Annual operating costs, which will be funded through the General Fund (100), are anticipated to be $5,000. This vehicle will have regular markings and be equipped as a patrol vehicle. It will be retired at the end of its useful life with no funding from the General Fund for a replacement. MCSO District IV is experiencing a vehicle shortfall and its removal from service will cause an operational hardship. This is the only large vehicle remaining that can haul large items that don't fit in Patrol Vehicles and has sufficient clearance to cross washes and rough areas. (C-50-20-035-V-00)
