11. ONE TIME ADDITION TO FLEET Approve one (1) one-time addition to the Sheriff's RICO vehicle fleet of a 2013 Dodge Journey Van, valued at approximately $8,783. This vehicle was seized during an MCSO investigation and has been ordered by the Court for forfeiture. It will be used by MCSO for special investigative purposes and will be retired from the fleet when they are no longer useful with no funding from the General Fund for replacement. The annual operating cost is anticipated to be $5,000 to be supported with RICO (212) funds. Also approve per A.R.S. §38-538.03 exemptions from markings and undercover Arizona registrations and license plates. (C-50-20-044-V-00)
