13. GOVERNOR’S OFFICE OF HIGHWAY SAFETY Rescind and replace the second sentence in the first paragraph of the action taken in agenda C-50-20-049-G-00 on 04/08/2020, which approved a Resolution approving app lication and acceptance of reimbursable grant funding from the Governor’s Office of Highway Safety, with the following: "This funding will be used for overtime, training and equipment to accomplish projects relating to all aspects of highway safety." Th e words, "pass-through federal,” are removed from the original action, all other wording is the same. During the Single Audit Review, it was noted that some of the grant projects in the Resolution were GOHS state grant funded and that the term, "pass-t hrough federal" was inaccurate in some cases.
