ONE TIME ADDITION TO FLEET AND SPECIAL REGISTRATION Approve a one-time addition to fleet of a forfeiture vehicle seized during a narcotics investigation that will be placed in the Sheriff’s RICO fleet. This vehicle is valued at $16,442 and the annual operation and maintenance costs, estimated to be $5,500, will be supported by the General Fund. Also approve per A.R.S §35-538-03 exemption from markings and a deep undercover registration and license plate. Confidential vehicle information will be provided to the Clerk of the Board by an MCSO designee in a sealed envelope. There is a lien on this vehicle of approximately $8,050 to be paid from the Sheriff's General Fund appropriation. This vehicle will be retired at the end of its useful life with no funding from the general fund for its replacement. (C-50-20-053-V-00)
