18. ONE TIME ADDITION TO FLEET AND UNDERCOVER REGISTRATION Approve a one-time addition to fleet of a RICO forfeiture trailer seized during a narcotics investigation that will be placed in the Sheriff’s RICO fleet. The value of this trailer is approximately $2,000 and annual operation and maintenance costs, estimated to be less than $750 annually, will be supported by the General Fund. This vehicle will be retired at the end of its useful life with no funding from the general fund for its replacement. Also approve per A.R.S §35-538-03 exemption from markings and an undercover registration license plate.
