FEDERAL EQUITABLE SHARING AGREEMENT - SHERIFF Approve the FY 2020-21 Federal Equitable Sharing Agreement and FY 2020 Annual Certification Report between the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office (agency) and the U.S. Department of the Treasury and the U.S. Department of Justice. This report accounts for federal equitable sharing funds received from the U.S. Department of the Treasury or the U.S. Department of Justice. The term of this agreement commences October 1, 2020 and expires September 30, 2021.
