RESOLUTION DESIGNATION OF APPLICANT'S AGENT Adopt a resolution regarding the Arizona Division of Emergency Management (AZDEM) Designation of Applicant's Agent to be signed by the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors and the Clerk of the Board. This resolution will allow the designated applicant's agent, the MCSO Chief Financial Officer, to execute and file with the appropriate authorities any applications necessary for the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office to receive Public Assistance Until Further Notice under the Disaster Relief Act or otherwise available from the disaster relief fund.
