IGA WITH GILA COUNTY FOR SWORN AND DETENTION ACADEMY Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement between Maricopa County and Gila County regarding Maricopa County Sheriff's Office Sworn and Detention Basic Training Academy for Gila County Sheriff’s Office recruits to attend Detention and Sworn academies at a cost of $250 per Detention Academy registrant and $750 per Sworn Academy registrant. This IGA is effective retroactive to July 1, 2020 with the initial term ending June 30, 2022 and when signed by the parties. Following the initial term, it will automatically renew for up to two, one-year terms unless canceled or terminated. This Agreement can be amended by mutual written consent by authorized parties and can be terminated with a 30-day written notice of termination. (C-50-21-018-X-00)
