IGA WITH CITY OF BUCKEYE FOR SWORN BASIC TRAINING ACADEMY Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County on behalf of the Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) and City of Buckeye regarding the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office Sworn Basic Training Academy. This Agreement allows City of Buckeye law enforcement recruits to participate in scheduled MCSO Sworn Basic Training Academies at a cost of $750 per registrant. The term is October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2022 and will automatically renew up to two, one-year terms following the Initial Term unless terminated. It is effective when signed by the parties.
