IGA WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS, REHABILITATION AND REENTRY FOR SWORN BASIC TRAINING ACADEMY Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County on behalf of the Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) and Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation and Reentry (ACDRR) regarding the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office Sworn Basic Training Academy. This Agreement allows ACDRR recruits that are required to have sworn officer certification to participate in scheduled MCSO Sworn Basic Training Academies at a cost of $750 per registrant. The term is November 1, 2020 through October 31, 2022 and will automatically renew up to two, one-year terms following the Initial Term unless terminated. It is effective when signed by the parties.
