IGA WITH TOWN OF FLORENCE FOR SWORN BASIC TRAINING ACADEMY Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County on behalf of the Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) and Town of Florence regarding the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office Sworn Basic Training Academy. This Agreement allows Town of Florence law enforcement recruits to participate in scheduled MCSO Sworn Basic Training Academies at a cost of $750 per registrant. The term is January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2022 and will automatically renew up to two, one-year terms following the Initial Term unless terminated. It is effective when signed by the parties.
