AMENDMENT #3 TO THE SUBGRANTEE AGREEMENT FROM THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY – PROJECT #200812-05 Approve Amendment #3 to the Subgrantee Agreement from the Arizona Department of Homeland Security, Project #200812-05. This amendment extends the expiration date of the Agreement from September 30, 2022, until January 31, 2023. All other terms and conditions are the same. This funding award is not recurring and there is no match requirement. It was competitively bid. The purpose for which it is being used it is not a mandated function. This Amendment extends the amount of time to complete the vehicle mounted radiation detection equipment build and delivery time frame.
