MOU BETWEEN MARICOPA COUNTY JUDICIAL BRANCH SECURITY AND SHERIFF'S OFFICE COURT SECURITY FOR MARICOPA COUNTY Approve an MOU between Judicial Branch Security Department (JBSD), Judicial Branch in Maricopa County and the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, Court Security Division (MCSO CSD) that outlines the roles and responsibilities of the JBSD and MCSO CSD to provide a safe and secure environment in and around all Judicial Branch Superior Court facilities and off-campus events. This is a non-financial agreement and is effective the date signed by all parties for a term of five (5) years unless terminated by mutual consent of the parties or change in leadership.
