51. ONE TIME ADDITION TO RICO FLEET Approve one (1) one-time addition to the Sheriff's RICO vehicle fleet of a 2018 pick-up, valued at approximately $25,585. This vehicle was seized during an MCSO investigation and has been ordered by the Court for forfeiture. It will be used by MCSO for special investigative purposes and will be retired from the fleet when it is no longer useful with no funding from the General Fund for replacement.
