16. GOVERNMENT STUDY AGREEMENT WITH FLOCK GROUP INC. Approve a Government Agency Study Agreement that is incorporated in the attached Flock Group Inc. Services Agreement and Order Form. This Agreement will become effective when executed by both Parties. This item has been reviewed by County OPS.
