IGA WITH CITY OF BUCKEYE PD DETENTION TRAINING ACADEMY Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement between City of Buckeye by and through the City of Buckeye Police Department (Buckeye PD) and Maricopa County by and through the Sheriff's Office (MCSO) for Buckeye PD Detention Officer recruits to attend MCSO Detention Academy for a cost of $250 per academy registrant. This IGA is effective November 1, 2020 through October 31, 2022 and when signed by the parties. Following the initial term, it will automatically renew for up to two, one-year terms unless canceled or terminated. This Agreement can be amended by mutual written consent by authorized parties and can be terminated with a 30-day written notice of termination. (C-50-21-101-X-00)
