15. AGREEMENT WITH MDRC Approve a non-financial Agreement with MDRC, a nonprofit, nonpartisan research organization that sets forth the terms and conditions under which Maricopa County, through the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO), will share jail inmate booking and release data with MDRC. This Agreement is effective January 1, 2021 and will remain in effect until October 31, 2022, unless otherwise terminated by mutual agreement of the parties at any time during the term of this agreement, with written notice to the other party at least ninety (90) days prior to the effective termination date.
