14. TRANSFER OF RETIRING K-9 - MIRKO Approve the transfer of ownership of retiring K-9, Mirko, #K133, to Deputy Dan Russell SN1886. Mirko is experiencing diminished physical ability, agility and working drive and his ability to safely perform required duties is now limited. Mirko is approximately eight (8) years old. Deputy Russell accepts full care and financial responsibility for Mirko upon adoption and will be required to sign a Canine Release and Indemnification.
