MOU WITH CONSTABLES Approve the Talk Groups Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Constables of Maricopa County and the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office that formalizes a relationship between the parties concerning use of Trunked Radio System (TRS) and County Wireless for interoperability and radio dispatch service under emergency situations. This is non-financial agreement with no additional cost to be assessed to either party. The term of this agreement will be 2 years from date of MOU with automatic renewal for 2 additional years, unless terminated by written notice. Termination can occur with 60 days written notice by either party prior to termination. (C-50-21-160-X-00)
