RESCIND AND REPLACE MOU WITH U.S. IMMIGRATION AND CUSTOMS ENFORCEMENT (ICE) HOMELAND SECURITY INVESTIGATIONS (HSI) Rescind and replace MOU to include statutory authorization reference on item #2 of the MOU. On June 9, 2021 the BOS approved a non-financial MOU between U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office [ICE Form 73-002 (5/14)].
