MOU WITH US DEPT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS, NORTHERN ARIZONA HEALTH CARE SYSTEM Approve a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Northern Arizona Veterans Affairs Healthcare System (NAVAHCS) and the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Department as a means of reinforcing interagency coordination and responsibility concerning law enforcement, emergency response, requests for assistance, and physical security and access control operations at NAVAHCS located at 41810 N. Venture Dr. Bldg. B, Anthem, AZ 85806. This is a non-financial MOU and is effective 11/15/2021. This MOU can be unilaterally suspended or cancelled by either side upon giving at least 180 days written notice to the other party. (C-50-22-086-X-00)
