23. "VINE" MOU FOR ARIZONA CRIMINAL JUSTICE COMMISSION Approve the "VINE" (Victim Information Notification Everyday application) Memorandum of understanding (MOU) between Arizona Criminal Justice Commission (ACJC) and Maricopa County Sheriff (MCSO). This MOU allows the County to participate in VINE and in ACJC's Master Contract with Appriss. The term of this MOU shall become effective upon signature of both parties and shall remain in effect for the term of contract with Appriss agreement or superseded by a subsequent MOU. MCSO may withdraw from the VINE MOU at any time upon 6 weeks written notification to ACJC. This agreement is for cooperation between the parties during implementation of VINE and will result in shared data transfer of criminal activity between both parties to aid in automated notification to crime victims, next of kin, and witnesses.
