21. AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS, REHABILITATION AND REENTRY CONCERNING AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION TRAINING Approve ADCRR (Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation and Reentry) Agreement No. 22-155-27 to establish terms and conditions for MCSO and ADCRR concerning train the trainer programs to be held at MCSO Training Center, an AHA (American Heart Association) training site. ADCRR employees will attend training programs for CPR/AED and First Aid and will pay MCSO $750 per scheduled training session upon receipt of invoice. The term of this agreement shall begin when all signatures are affixed and shall continue for one year hereafter, unless otherwise terminated, canceled or extended. This a greement can be terminated for any reason by either party with a thirty (30) day advance notice. (C-50-22-183-X-00)
