IGA WITH CITY OF GOODYEAR FOR SWORN BASIC TRAINING ACADEMY Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County on behalf of the Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) and City of Goodyear regarding the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office Sworn Basic Training Academy. This Agreement allows City of Goodyear law enforcement recruits to participate in scheduled MCSO Sworn Basic Training Academies at a cost of $750 per registrant. The term is retroactive to December 1, 2020 through June 30, 2023 and will automatically renew up to two, one-year terms following the Initial Term unless terminated.
