AMENDMENT TO THE SUBGRANTEE AGREEMENT FROM THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY – PROJECT #210209-03 Approve Amendment #1 to the Subgrantee Agreement from the Arizona Department of Homeland Security, Project #210209-03. This amendment extends the expiration date of the Agreement from September 30, 2022, until June 30, 2023. All other terms and conditions are the same. This funding award is not recurring and there is no match requirement. It was competitively bid. The purpose for which it is being used it is not a mandated function. This Amendment extends the amount of time to expend the funding awarded for the analyst position. Due to the extensive hiring process, the position wasn’t filled until seven months into the grant program period. This extension will allow MCSO to expend all funding by June 30, 2023. The original award amount of $100,000 was approved on October 20, 2021 (C-50-22-256-X-00). (C-50-22-256-X-01)
