AMENDMENT TO SUBGRANTEE AGREEMENT FROM THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY – PROJECT #210811-02 Approve Amendment #1 to the Subgrantee Agreement from the Arizona Department of Homeland Security, Project #210811-02. This amendment extends the expiration date of the Agreement from September 30, 2022, until December 31, 2022. All ot her terms and conditions are the same. Approval of this item allows additional time to complete the purchase of the portable radio headsets, command dual radio, and a MEMO MESH network radio. The original award amount of $76,900 was approved by the BOS o n October 20, 2021, in Action C-50-22-260-X-00. This funding award is not recurring and there is no match requirement. AMENDMENT TO THE SUBGRANTEE AGREEMENT FROM THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY PROJECT Approve Amendment #2 to the Subgrantee Agreement from the Arizona Department of Homeland Security, Project #210811-02. This amendment extends the expiration date of the Agreement from December 31, 2022, until March 31, 2023. All other terms and conditions are the same. Approval of this item allows additional time to complete the purchase of the portable radio headsets, command dual radio and a MEMO MESH network radio. The original award amount of $76,900 was approved by the Board on October 20, 2021, in action C-50-22-260-X-00. This funding award is recurring and there is no match requirement. It was competitively bid. This is not a mandated function although it supports the MCSO public safety mandate and provides a benefit to the citizens by responding to serious incidents involving hostages and /or individuals which have been identified as having involvement in serious criminal offenses and/or terrorist activities.
