23. MOU WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY FOR JOINT TRAINING Approve a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Arizona Department of Public Safety and Maricopa County (MCSO) for purpose of conducting joint law enforcement training concerning the use of specialty law enforcement equipment referred to as “Grappler”. The effective date of this agreement is the date it is adopted by the Parties and shall terminate Ju ne 30, 2024. This is a non-financial Agreement. The effective date of this agreement is the date it is adopted by the Parties and shall terminate June 30, 2024. This is a non-financial Agreement.
